Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
Karen Betty Mason and Rachel Karen Mason, insolvency practitioners, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of ASCOT DOWNS DEVELOPMENTS LIMITED (in receivership and in liquidation) by order of the High Court on 12 August 2009 at 10.55am, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidators of ASCOT DOWNS DEVELOPMENTS LIMITED (in receivership and
in liquidation) fix 28 September 2009, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
