Brendon James Gibson and Grant Robert Graham, of KordaMentha, appointed on 27 July 2009 as liquidators, have resigned as liquidators of the company in favour of Anthony John McCullagh and Stephen Mark Lawrence,
of PKF Corporate Recovery & Insolvency (Auckland) Limited, appointed as replacement liquidators of the company on 19 August 2009 at 5.00pm.
Notice of the resignation of Brendon James Gibson and Grant Robert Graham and the appointment of Anthony John McCullagh and Stephen Mark Lawrence as joint and several liquidators of the company has been filed with the Registrar of Companies in accordance with section 255(2)(b) of the Companies Act 1993.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidators have fixed 24 September 2009, as the day on or before which the creditors of the above-named company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
