Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(b) of the Companies Act 1993
On 24 August 2009 at 9.00am, it was resolved, pursuant
to section 241(2)(b) of the Companies Act 1993, that FOETIPSNI PROPERTY LIMITED be liquidated and
that Daryl Bonney, chartered accountant of Tauranga, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 24 August 2009.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Pursuant to Liquidation Regulation 12 of the Companies
Act 1993
Notice is given that the liquidator of FOETIPSNI PROPERTY LIMITED (in liquidation) has fixed 5.00pm on 25 September 2009, as the time and date by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, if not previously submitted to the liquidator, and establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
