Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is hereby given that Bryan Edward Williams, insolvency practitioner, has been appointed liquidator of WAKEFIELD QUAY LIMITED (in liquidation) by an order of the High Court on 21 August 2009 at 1.06pm, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993.
The liquidator fixes 14 September 2009, as the last day on or before which the creditors of WAKEFIELD QUAY LIMITED (in liquidation) can claim and to establish any priority their claim may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
