Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 1 April 2009, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that HOLBORN HOLDINGS LIMITED be liquidated and that Peter James Heenan, chartered accountant of Invercargill, be appointed as liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 7 July 2009 at 11.00am.
