Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(a)
of the Companies Act 1993, Edward Christian Jansen
and Bruce Allen Dring were appointed joint and several liquidators of EXECUTIVE COMMERCIAL LAUNDRY LIMITED (in liquidation).
The liquidation commenced on 17 August 2009 at 10.00am.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix Friday,
4 September 2009, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
