Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that on 14 August 2009 at 8.45am, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders that TOWER CIVIL LIMITED be placed into liquidation, pursuant to section 241(2) of the Companies Act 1993, and that Clive Ashley Johnson, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, be appointed liquidator of the company.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is hereby given that the liquidator fixes 30 September 2009, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
