Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 11 August 2009, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that WICKMAN PROPERTIES LIMITED be liquidated and that Gregory Charles Chatfield, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 11 August 2009 at 10.00am.
