Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on 5 August 2009 at 11.10am, Stephen Rex Tietjens and Peter Charles Chatfield, of Auckland, were appointed by the High Court at Auckland to be joint and several liquidators of the company pursuant
to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993.
The undersigned does hereby fix 7 September 2009, as the date on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
