Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is given that on 6 August 2009 at 10.00am, a special resolution was passed by the shareholders stating that the company be placed into liquidation, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, and Daran Nair, chartered accountant, was appointed as liquidator of the company.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator of FINE TOUCH CONSTRUCTION LIMITED (in liquidation) fixes
4 September 2009, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and
to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their
claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting
to the distribution.
