Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 24 of the Charitable Trust Act 1957
I, Timothy Patrick Ward, chartered accountant of Invercargill, was appointed liquidator of the above-named trust by
a special resolution of the trustees on 22 July 2009.
The liquidation commenced on 5 August 2009, being the date and time of my consent to my appointment.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is hereby given that as liquidator of STEWART ISLAND VISITOR INFORMATION CENTRE TRUST
(in liquidation), I fix 4 September 2009, as the day on or before which the creditors of the trust are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993 (as amended), or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
