Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Geoff Falloon, chartered accountant of New Zealand Tax Limited, was appointed liquidator of the above-named company on 3 August 2009 at 8.25pm.
Meeting of Creditors
A meeting of creditors will be held on Wednesday,
19 August 2009 at 4.30pm in “The Brook” Room of
the Trailways Hotel, 66 Trafalgar Street, Nelson.
Purpose of Meeting
1. Consider the liquidator’s statement of affairs.
2. Confirm or otherwise the appointment of Geoff Falloon as liquidator.
3. Consider whether or not to appoint a liquidation committee.
4. Other.
Note – Proxies
To attend and vote, anyone trading as a company or partnership will need to be appointed as the company or partnership proxy.
Proxies will need to be in the hands of the liquidator by 5.00pm on Tuesday, 18 August 2009.
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
The liquidator has fixed 15 September 2009, as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.
Creditors who have not made a claim at that date, and a distribution is declared, will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and may not object to that distribution.
