Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

(in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 21 July 2009 to be put into liquidation.
Iain Andrew Nellies and Wayne John Deuchrass were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
