Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and

By order of the High Court at Christchurch, pursuant to section 241(2)(c)(iv) of the Companies Act 1993, Gordon Hansen, chartered accountant of Christchurch, was appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on 19 January 2009 at 10.55am.
Creditors of the company are to file their claims with the liquidator and to establish any priority their claims may have on or before 25 February 2009.
