Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
The Companies Act 1993
On 31 July 2009, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that THE ATHLETE’S FOOT – THE PALMS LIMITED
(in liquidation) be liquidated and that Bruce Donald Gemmell and Andrew John Hawkes, chartered accountants of Christchurch, be appointed jointly and severally as liquidators for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 31 July 2009 at 11.30am.
