Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(b) of the Companies Act 1993
On 1 July 2009, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2) of the Companies Act 1993, that BROWNTROUT PUBLISHERS LIMITED be liquidated and that Elizabeth Groenewegen, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 1 July 2009.
