Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(b) of the Companies Act 1993
On 28 July 2009, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2) of the Companies Act 1993, that TANCO HOLDINGS (N.Z.) 1991 LIMITED be liquidated and that Dennis Larry Hill, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 29 July 2009.
