Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and Notice to Creditors to Claim
Malcolm Grant Hollis, chartered accountant, and Rhys James Cain, insolvency practitioner, both of Christchurch, were appointed joint and several liquidators of JAYNAN ENTERPRISES LIMITED by the High Court at Christchurch, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 ("the Act"), on 30 July 2009 at 2.00pm.
We fix 28 August 2009, as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
