Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and Notice to Creditors to Claim
Craig Alexander Sanson, insolvency practitioner, and
John Howard Ross Fisk, chartered accountant, both of Wellington, were appointed joint and several liquidators
of WASHINGTON LIMITED by the High Court, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 27 July 2009 at 10.10am.
We fix 25 September 2009, as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
