Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
The Companies Act 1993
On 27 July 2009 at 12.00 midday, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that WEINMANN (NEW ZEALAND) LIMITED be liquidated and that Bruce Carlaw Richards and James Gregory Eden, chartered accountants of New Plymouth, be jointly appointed as liquidators.
The liquidation commenced on 27 July 2009.
