On 23 July 2009 at 9.30am, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that L S LAYCOCK & CO LIMITED
(in liquidation) be voluntarily wound up and that Richard Sissons, of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator for the purpose of such winding up.
