Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that BETTER BUILDERS LIMITED
(in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of
the Companies Act 1993, on 9 December 2008 to be put
into liquidation.
Iain Andrew Nellies and Wayne John Deuchrass were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 9 December 2008 at 9.26am.
