Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
On 8 July 2009 at 11.25am, the shareholders of UTILITY STYLES LIMITED passed a special resolution putting the company into liquidation and appointed Hudson Biggs, of Keogh McCormack Limited, and Trevor Laing, of Trevor Laing & Associates, as joint liquidators of the company.
Creditors should file claims by 7 August 2009.
