Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
On 13 July 2009, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that T E 2009 LIMITED be liquidated and that Russell K. D. Rodgers, chartered accountant of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 13 July 2009 at 2.00pm.
A certificate of solvency has been signed by the directors of the company.
The undersigned does hereby fix 13 August 2009, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have.
