Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Vivian Judith Fatupaito, insolvency practitioner, and Richard Dale Agnew, chartered accountant, both of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators
of the companies by the High Court, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 15 July 2009 at the times stated:
- P & A HERZOG LIMITED (in liquidation) at 10.57am.
- ST LUKES STORAGE HOLDINGS LIMITED
(in liquidation) at 10.59am.
- STORAGE KING HOLDINGS LIMITED
(in liquidation) at 11.01am.
- VMB LIMITED (in liquidation) at 11.04am.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
We fix 15 August 2009, as the day by which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
