Pursuant to section 64 of the Forest and Rural Fires Act 1977, the Minister of Internal Affairs has approved the inclusion of the following people to the Rural Fire Mediators Panel:

for a further term commencing on 6 October 2008 and concluding on 13 August 2013;

for a further term commencing on 14 August 2008 and concluding on 13 August 2013; and
Dennys William Guild
Paul Aaron Sampson
Ralph Morris Turner
Kerry Laurence Ellem
for terms commencing on 14 August 2008 and concluding on 13 August 2013.
