Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On 14 July 2009 at 11.00am, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that MIDAS DEVELOPMENTS ST.JUDE LIMITED be liquidated and that Paul Andrew de Lacey,
of de Lacey & Associates Limited, Chartered Accountants, be appointed liquidator.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is hereby given that the undersigned, the liquidator
of MIDAS DEVELOPMENTS ST.JUDE LIMITED
(in liquidation), does hereby fix 28 August 2009, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may
have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
