Notice is hereby given that Bryan Edward Williams, insolvency practitioner, has been appointed liquidator of AMAZON PROPERTY GROUP LIMITED (in liquidation) by the shareholders on 3 July 2009 at 4.00pm, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
The liquidator fixes 10 August 2009, as the last day on or before which the creditors of AMAZON PROPERTY GROUP LIMITED (in liquidation) can claim and to establish any priority their claim may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
