Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that WILSON BAY INVESTMENTS LIMITED (in liquidation) was ordered by the High Court at Timaru, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 7 July 2009 to be put into liquidation.
Iain Andrew Nellies and Wayne John Deuchrass were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 7 July 2009 at 10.15am.
