Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
John Howard Ross Fisk, chartered accountant, and Craig Alexander Sanson, insolvency practitioner, both of Wellington, were appointed joint and several liquidators
of the companies by the High Court, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 10 July 2009 at the times stated:
- EAST QUIP LIMITED (in liquidation) at 9.22am.
- HOOKED ON RIGGING LIMITED (in liquidation) at 9.24am.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
We fix 10 September 2009, as the day by which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
