Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
Barry Phillip Jordan and David Stuart Vance, chartered accountants, were appointed liquidators jointly and severally of the companies following a special resolution of the shareholders entered into each company's minute book at 9.00am on the date below:

Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
The liquidators have fixed 12 August 2009, as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.
Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit
of that distribution and those creditors may not object to
that distribution.
