Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On 1 June 2009, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that PROFFIT FARMS LIMITED be liquidated and that Mark Philip Irving, chartered accountant, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on 1 July 2009.
