Colin Thomas McCloy, chartered accountant of Auckland, was appointed liquidator of UNI-ACCOMMODATION LIMITED (in liquidation) by the shareholder, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 1 July 2009 at 11.30am.
I fix 1 August 2009, as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
