Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 255(2)(a) of
the Companies Act 1993 (“the Act”), that, by way of entry
in the minute book of the above-named company in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Act, the shareholders of ENTITY 771 LIMITED passed a special resolution putting the company into liquidation and appointed Shaun Gregory Harris, of S G Harris Limited, as liquidator of the company.
The liquidation commenced on 29 June 2009 at 12.30pm.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
It is not intended to call a meeting of creditors and shareholders, the directors having passed a resolution, pursuant to section 243(8) of the Act, that the company will be able to pay its debts.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes 24 July 2009, as the day on or before which any creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Act.
Creditors’ claim forms are available at the liquidator’s offices.
