Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(a)
of the Companies Act 1993, Timothy Wilson Downes
and Gregory John Sherriff, insolvency specialists of Grant Thornton Auckland Limited, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the companies on 1 July 2009 at the times stated:
? WINDMILL INVESTMENTS LIMITED at 9.00am.
? EASTERN BAYS SWIM SCHOOL LIMITED at 9.30am.
? GALWAY PROPERTY INVESTMENTS LIMITED at 10.00am.
The directors have resolved that the companies are solvent and will be able to pay their debts.
Copies of those resolutions have been delivered to the Registrar of Companies pursuant to section 243(8) of
the Companies Act 1993.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix 31 July 2009, as the date on or before which any creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
