David Murray Blanchett, chartered accountant of Hamilton, and Vivian Judith Fatupaito, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators
of CUSTODIAN ELECTRICAL GROUP LIMITED
(in receivership and in liquidation) by the High Court, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 24 June 2009 at 10.31am.
We fix 24 July 2009, as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
