Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 ("the Act"), Richard Brian Burge and Edward Christian Jansen were appointed joint and several liquidators of
J & N PROPERTY INVESTMENTS LIMITED.
The liquidation commenced on 17 June 2009 at 9.00am.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
It is not intended to call a meeting of creditors and shareholders, the directors having passed a resolution of solvency pursuant to section 243(8) of the Act.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
The liquidators fix 16 July 2009, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or from objecting to any distribution.
