Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(b) of the Companies Act 1993
On 22 June 2009, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2) of the Companies Act 1993, that SPEIGHT HOLDINGS LIMITED be liquidated and that Glen Beal, chartered accountant of Pukekohe, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 22 June 2009.
