Notice is hereby given that Bryan Edward Williams, insolvency practitioner, has been appointed liquidator of CONSOLIDATED TECHNOLOGIES DEVELOPMENT (NZ) LIMITED (in liquidation) by an order of the High Court of New Zealand on 15 December 2008 at 12.25pm, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993.
The liquidator fixes 9 February 2009, as the last day
on or before which the creditors of CONSOLIDATED TECHNOLOGIES DEVELOPMENT (NZ) LIMITED
(in liquidation) can claim and to establish any priority their claim may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
