Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

On 22 June 2009 at 10.38am, John Albert Price, insolvency practitioner, was appointed liquidator of CALLAWAY MOTOR GROUP LIMITED by the High Court at Wellington.
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator has fixed 24 July 2009, as the last day on which the creditors are to make their claims and establish any priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
