Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
John Howard Ross Fisk, chartered accountant, and Craig Alexander Sanson, insolvency practitioner, both of Wellington, were appointed joint and several liquidators
of the companies by the High Court, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 22 June 2009 at the times stated:
