Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that BUILD OTAGO LIMITED (in liquidation) was put into liquidation at the watershed meeting held under section 239AT of the Companies Act 1993 (“the Act”), on 12 June 2009, pursuant to section 241(2)(d) of the Act.
Iain Andrew Nellies and Paul William Gerrard Jenkins were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 12 June 2009 at 10.45am.
