Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that WACS DRIVETHRU, CAFE, LIMITED (in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of
the Companies Act 1993, on 18 June 2009 to be put into liquidation.
Iain Andrew Nellies and Wayne John Deuchrass were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 18 June 2009 at 1.00pm.
