Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that TELEGRAPH HOTEL (TAKAKA) LIMITED (in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 8 June 2009 to be put into liquidation.
Iain Andrew Nellies and Wayne John Deuchrass were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 8 June 2009 at 8.55am.
