Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that BUILD OTAGO MANAGEMENT LIMITED (in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 15 June 2009 to
be put into liquidation.
Iain Andrew Nellies and Paul William Gerrard Jenkins were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 15 June 2009 at 12.00 midday.
