the 8th day of June 2009 at 2.08pm, on the basis that the reasons for which the company was incorporated have now passed.
Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Sharlene Maree Bryant was appointed liquidator pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to section 243(8) of the Companies Act, the liquidator does not intend calling a meeting of creditors on the basis that the company is solvent, the directors having passed resolutions to that effect.
However, should any creditor require that a meeting be convened, please inform the liquidator of that request, in writing, by 10 July 2009.
