Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Glenn Andrew Walker, chartered accountant, was appointed liquidator of AFTER TASTE RESTAURANT & BAR LIMITED by the High Court at Auckland, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 12 June 2009 at 10.14am.
The liquidator hereby gives notice that 17 July 2009, has been fixed as the day on or before which the creditors of
the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
