Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
Stephen Underwood was appointed liquidator of the
above-named companies on 9 June 2009 at 11.45am, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator of TENNYSON TIG LIMITED, TENNYSON BG LIMITED and TENNYSON BNZ LIMITED (all in liquidation) fixes 31 July 2009, as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make claims and establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
