Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Malcolm Grant Hollis, chartered accountant, and Rhys James Cain, insolvency practitioner, both of Christchurch, were appointed joint and several liquidators of PARKSIDE CONSTRUCTION LIMITED by the High Court at Christchurch, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 15 June 2009 at 11.25am.
We fix 31 July 2009, as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
