Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On 15 June 2009, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that UNITED EARTHMOVERS LIMITED be liquidated and that Stephen Charles Grey, chartered accountant of Manukau, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 15 June 2009.
